Digital Marketing Specialist
You own our clients' campaigns from strategy to report. You work with software companies, SaaS products and purpose-driven organisations.
What you will do
- Plan and buy media on Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Shape campaign strategy, audiences and messaging
- Build funnels with landing pages, forms and email sequences
- Write the briefs for copy, visuals and video
- Set up tracking and watch the results
- Test, optimise budgets and write the monthly reports
What we look for
- Experience running paid campaigns with real budgets
- Confidence in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- A grasp of analytics, pixels and conversion tracking
- Strong writing in Bulgarian and English
- Curiosity about AI tools in marketing

Senior Software Engineer, Python
We are looking for an engineer with a deep understanding of algorithms, who can step into a large codebase and say what in it is correct, slow or broken.
What you will do
- Design and write systems in Python
- Review and quality-check large codebases
- Find bugs, security weaknesses and performance problems
- Solve hard algorithmic problems and choose the right data structures
- Write automated tests and set the quality standards
- Explain your decisions clearly to the team and to the client

- Serious Python experience in real products
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures and complexity
- Experience reviewing and testing large volumes of code
